Director of Legal Operations

Bianca Marina

Bianca Marina is the Director of Legal Operations at Dudani Law, based at One World Trade Center, where she supports the firm's employment law and civil rights practice.

As Director of Legal Operations, Bianca built the firm's operations function from the ground up and runs it day to day. She oversees client intake and the systems, workflows, and infrastructure behind a litigation practice spanning 200+ active matters across four attorney-led teams, works alongside Jitesh Dudani to advance the firm's operational priorities, manages the firm's law clerks and paralegals, directs mediation preparation and settlement reporting, and leads the legal technology initiatives that keep Dudani Law at the forefront of modern practice. She also collaborates with Daniel Wallace, Director of Finance & Business Affairs, on vendor partnerships, marketing, and strategic growth projects supporting the firm's continued expansion.

With a paralegal background and deep procedural litigation experience, Bianca is also assigned active cases under the firm's attorneys, working across all phases of a matter, including managing discovery, drafting legal documents and motions, conducting legal research, preparing trial materials, and supporting clients through litigation. She is especially skilled at engaging with Spanish-speaking clients, offering empathy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.

She studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Comparative Politics. As an undergraduate, she was engaged in student advocacy, serving as Chair of Undergraduate Students and as a founding member of Boricuas in Berkeley, an organization formed in the wake of Hurricane Maria.

She was also part of Kappa Alpha Theta's leadership committee, supporting initiatives benefiting Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and was closely involved with Greeks Against Sexual Assault (GASA).
