Jitesh Dudani founded Dudani Law on a single conviction: every employee who has been harassed, discriminated against, or pushed out of a job deserves representation as fierce and skilled as the one their employer can buy. As Managing Partner, he leads the firm's litigation strategy and personally first-chairs its most consequential matters.
Licensed in New York and California, Jitesh has litigated hundreds of cases in New York and California Federal Courts, as well as New York State Courts, building a track record of taking federal cases from filing to resolution. He regularly serves as first chair in initial, status, pre-motion, pre-trial, and settlement conferences, and has built a career on securing favorable outcomes through mediation, negotiation, arbitration, and deposition.
Before founding Dudani Law, Jitesh sharpened his craft at NYC's leading employment litigation firms, a federal commercial litigation firm on Long Island, and a high-profile Downtown Manhattan litigation practice, as well as the San Francisco Public Defender's Office and the California Office of the Attorney General.
Jitesh earned his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he served as a student body representative, co-founded and vice-chaired the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association, and held editorial roles at both the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
