Pragya Upadhyay is a Legal Research & Drafting Specialist at Dudani Law and an international attorney whose current work for the firm focuses on workplace disputes, including sexual harassment, labor law violations, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, disability discrimination, and other forms of workplace discrimination. She drafts complaints and pleadings, and reviews and organizes documentary and other evidentiary materials in support of claims and litigation.
Before joining Dudani Law, Pragya practiced with an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India, where she worked extensively on complex constitutional, commercial, regulatory, and public law matters involving a diverse range of legal and policy issues. In that role, she assisted in matters involving state entities, regulatory bodies, and private entities. She regularly drafted pleadings, submissions, and other litigation-related documents, and appeared in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various tribunals. She contributed to several matters that culminated in reported judgments of the Supreme Court and the High Court of Delhi.
Pragya holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna (2024).
