Sanjana Eleswarapu is a Litigation Law Clerk at Dudani Law, based at One World Trade Center, where she supports the firm's attorneys on employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower matters.
Sanjana assists with mediation submissions, evidentiary exhibits, client communication, and the organization of medical and employment records. Her work also includes conducting targeted legal research, preparing draft pleadings and related litigation documents, responding to discovery requests, and helping ensure that case materials remain accurate, complete, and strategically aligned.
Before joining the firm, Sanjana earned her LL.B. from the University of London, where she studied across both US and UK legal jurisdictions and developed a comprehensive foundation in each system.
Her legal career began in the United Kingdom, where she supported litigation teams at London-area firms while immersing herself in the US legal environment, and spent more than a year as a litigation legal assistant with Citizens Advice, helping people who could not otherwise afford counsel navigate their disputes. That access-to-justice grounding is what drew her to plaintiff-side work, the side of the law that stands with individuals and is built around helping people. She is now studying to qualify as an attorney in the United States, drawn by the breadth and diversity of the field, and brings a dual-perspective approach that integrates US and UK legal frameworks to deliver strategic and effective solutions for the firm's clients.
